PG38 Creative is led by Neil Hardcastle, a Jackson County native with 20 years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, and media production. Neil’s background spans website development, video production, SEO, and content systems, bringing a practical, execution-driven approach to building brands and marketing platforms that perform.
Neil is happily married to his wife Stacey, and together they are raising their four children: Emersyn, Brexon, Peyton, and Grant. Family is not something he balances against work. It is the reason behind it. The same discipline, responsibility, and long-term thinking that guides his home also guide the brands he helps build.
The name PG38 reflects that commitment:
- P represents Peyton, our youngest daughter
- G represents Grant, our youngest son
- 3 is an upside-down “E” for Emersyn, our oldest daughter
- 8 represents the “B” for Brexon, our oldest son
